Short Term Vision:
Providing “Skills Camps” for Social Solutions Change Agents to plan and develop successful projects they identify to resolve key needs in their communities.
Goal:
Personal, Family, and Community Well-Being
Logo Design:
The entire logo design fits into the body of a “Pareto Bar Chart” symbolizing our commitment to quality as we pinpoint key areas for improvement by analyzing data that has been collected by the Social Solutions Groups for Community Well-Being. Wilfredo Pareto conceptualized the theory that 20% of the major or worst problems that an organization (community) experiences, as being 80% of the solution to overall improvement.
Within the bar of the greatest value, (the biggest problem), rests a re-shaped “bell curve”. This is representative of the optimal “Six-Sigma” objective, symbolizing the current role of Cultural Consultants Group, L.P. to improve well-being processes with the data supplied by Social Solutions Groups for Community Well-Being.
Cultural Consultants Group, L.P. interprets the results using “run charts” and “control charts”, (indicated in the line graph), and facilitates the restructuring of process activities so that they remain within acceptable levels (between the upper and lower dotted lines) of optimal community function. Hence the shape of the commonly presented “bell curve” is changed to indicate very little variety in optimal well-being.
Cultural Consultants Group, L.P. is, at the foundation, supporting our commitment to limit the levels of dramatic variety of quality of community stasis, guiding social solutions to the central line of highest quality, resulting in rays of community improvement and maintenance on the part of the residents. The foundation points to, and the rays emerge from, the “center line,” the representative point of perfection.
