Network Economy: Foundation for Economic Sovereignty

“Rapid Cycle Voter Deployment – 2026”
Book of AI: In addition to the Track “Social Impact of AI” categories include “Job function Submission Track;” “Data Analytics and Business Intelligence”; Data Infrastructure Platforms and Strategy; and “Evaluation, Observability, & Interpretability.” The initial concept is based on the fact that African Americans are our most valuable human resource and we just need to be organized, trained, and/or coached in order to activate an authentic Network Economy. The following key activities are required to activate a Network Economy which will manifest the ultimate goal of National Economic Sovereignty.
Our primary mission is to go deep into every city zip code and every suburban and rural county and MOTIVATE, ACTIVATE, ASSIST, ACTUALIZE, ENERGIZE EVERY ADULT TO VOTE FOR RAPID CYCLE VOTER DEPLOYMENT!!! In addition to voter registration and activation, we will begin to identify levels of social deprivation: personal needs of those who have challenges with our present and projected urgencies. We are acutely aware that our very lives are at stake. We have 4 months to maximize our voting capacity between June and October since Election Day is November 3rd.
The “National Convergence of Coalitions: Collaborating as One!” gives rise to the solutions. There are many local and national organizations to be included. Beyond the 2026 and 2028 election results… Each organization maintains its own vision and purpose while collaborating with other orgs on key issues.
These activities give rise to the establishment of a Uniform Social Data Repository System for Us By Us. Storage is not the only reason we need to know about Our-Selves. We will be able to use this institutional knowledge infrastructure of raw information into a governed, accessible, secure system.
Collectively, we will be able to analyze the knowledge into action with this intelligence for research, policy, and decision-making. The venue would have a role as a communication hub to clarify, synthesize, link people, provoke discussions, and facilitate participation on an intra- and inter-organizational basis from city to city, town to town. The system would provide the ability to gather over time periods to compare, analyze, and evaluate social conditions across populations, institutions, and geographic regions.
The Data Repository host would convene a multidisciplinary team of learning specialists who are responsible for helping people to learn and change, would master problem-solving approaches as an accessible consultant organization sounding board with an objective of rapid cycle change. There may be strategies to enhance such a project, if it already exists. In the case that there is no social data repository, I submit that such a host would serve as a tactical training organization and be formed on a foundation of participatory research for community well-being.
Strategically, from the onset, we are preparing to set Social Science in Motion for Rapid Cycle Deployment by Institutionalizing a Network Economy . “A network economy is an economic system in which value creation, exchange, productivity, and institutional power are increasingly driven by interconnected networks of people, organizations, technologies, platforms, information systems, and digital infrastructures, rather than by isolated industrial production alone... The Network Effect is the value of participation which increases as the network expands and interactions intensify.” Albert-Laszlo Barabasi. (2002) Linked: How everything is connected to everything and what it means for business, science, and everyday life.
AI provided the core definition of a network economy and its multiple aspects of implementation in laying out the working components of a Network Economy. AI identified the multiple components for the development of a Uniform Data Repository System as well as the organizations list for the “National Convergence of Coalitions: Collaborating as One!”
Dr. Barabasi visually describes the construction of organization modules linked to node connectors which link to one-another as a rising organized scale-free network. This perfectly describes the Power Thrust required for Rapid Cycle Voter Turnout...and Beyond --- manifesting our collective destiny for community well-being, by constructing and solidifying our Network Economy for Generations to come. Activating the Network Economy ensures success of the National Business League’s ultimate goal of National Economic Sovereignty possibly before and certainly beyond 2035.
