Which Facilitate economic needs and influence economic life. Culture is unified according to definite patterns:
Fundamental attitudes dominate the thoughts and behavior of the society.
Children grow into the integrated culture largely by imitation.”

Using the pretext of international “development,” - cultural development, economic development, political development - imply the application of facilitating, training, workshops, how-to’, hands-on, study, coaching testing, improving, etc. These activities apply globally, to People of African Descent, Indigenous People, and Allied White Folks – Essentially, Everyone living in “The Global South”.
I elaborated on the definition of culture for you, as potential funders and all stakeholders who would have a clear perspective on the intersections of the elements of culture and be able to target their socio-cultural choices for optimizing cultural development priorities to support.
