Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander | 1,713,340 |
White | 503,203,564 |
More than One Race | 19,365,286 |
TOTAL | 663,394,825 |
Note: Estimates for 2020-2021 are single-race Vintage 2021 postcensal (after census) estimates of the July 1 resident population. These estimates were prepared and released by the U.S. Census Bureau on June 30, 2022.Source: https://wonder.cdc.gov/controller/datarequest/D184
The data source for Table 14 originates from CDC – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. I contend that there would be a need to have specific disease measurements according to detailed demographic data of Race, Age, Gender, by County after directly experiencing the era of the Corona Virus. I read an article in Nature Communications Journal, which reported that “rural populations may be underestimated by 50-80% in these data sets. This may suggest that billions could be missing from global populations.” 3-18-2025 www.nature.com › articles › s41467/025/56906-7
In the United States as an example of detailed official measurement: According to Artificial Intelligence, the U.S. 2020 Census under counted Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native populations, and children (especially ages 0-4); Some demographic groups were instead over counted (e.g., non-Hispanic white and Asian populations); Younger children and certain age/sex groups also showed consistent under count patterns.
Given the potentially intended elimination of Race – related data from United Nations global census reports, my estimated total by race in the United States remains to be 89,922,562 – or just less than 90 million Blacks or African (Kemetic) Americans.
Where We Are At: What Do We Have Going Against Us?
My book, (2024) Resist Turbulent Times: Ways to Save-Our-Selves (RTT) is a timely and powerful exploration of the strategies necessary for Kemetic (African) American communities to navigate and overcome the challenges of systemic inequality. We continue to experience huge amounts of foreclosures and evictions, massive decrease in employment opportunities, sub-optimal education for our children, health disparities, and criminal justice concerns while seeking community well-being. From debunking myths about crime in our neighborhoods to advocating for economic empowerment through the prosumer model, which essentially says, “Do It Yourself”.
It is my belief that any President of the United States is essentially, a figurehead who operates under the directives of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and responds to the directives given by the global Trilateral Commission (TC) and other think tanks and strategic planning groups. Some of this is best explained in a 15-minute video by Dr. Shiva. Although I am not necessarily endorsing his political campaign, I recommend that you take a look at his “Learn to Fight Back” video to enhance our understanding of what we are up against within the “Science of Systems.” Visit the link - https://www.shattertheswarm.com for a specific view of the African American’s cultural colonial position in the United States among the billions of colonial masses in the World. Collectively, we in the US can enhance our well-being by merging our knowledge and expertise as we Save-Our-Selves.
National Convergence of Coalition of Coalitions: Collaborating as One
I next draw your attention to the recent announcement this Spring on Roland Martin-Unhinged! of a coalition of national organizations namely, the National Council of Negro Women, NAACP, National Urban League, Sororities and Fraternities and others. My initial search totaled 19 African American national organizations. This is a very critical time for collaborative work to take place in order to manifest change in rapid cycle time. PRIMARY MISSION 2026: To go deep into every city zip code and every suburban and rural county and MOTIVATE, ACTIVATE, ASSIST, ACTUALIZE, ENERGIZE EVERY ADULT TO VOTE FOR RAPID CYCLE VOTER DEPLOYMENT!!!
Resist Turbulent Times (RTT) concludes with an “Open Source Proposal” (172)
Kwame Nkrumah:
“Evolution speeded up by scientific knowledge is prompter and represents an economy of material. In the same way, the catalysis which political action introduces into social evolution represents an economy of time, life, and talent.” Led to my interpretation, “Multi-cultural organizations interested in sharing alternative information to bring about support that would help to dispel the negative emotions (fear, hate, jealousy, envy, etc.) among and within the populace, would make ideal collaborators with one-another.” RTT p. 182
There are residual long-term benefits from activating national coalitions forming a top-down structure endorsing a State to County, County to City, City to Community, Community to Neighborhood, Block to Block, Neighbor to Neighbor communication system. Local Organizations in a given city or cities can form coalitions with one-another. In addition to voter registration and activation we will begin to identify levels of social deprivation: personal needs of those who have challenges with our present and projected urgencies in regards to: Shelter, being Houseless; preparation for Food Scarcity; Local Farmers who can deliver food chains into inner cities; Community Security; Housing Project Safety Teams; Collectively putting our thoughts into action. We will know those who have and can teach certain skills and those who want to learn.
We are acutely aware that our very lives are at stake. We have 3 months between July and October since Election Day is November 3rd. The “National Convergence of Coalitions: Collaborating as One!” gives rise to the solutions. There are many local and national organizations to be included. Beyond the 2026 and 2028 election results… Each organization maintains its own vision and purpose while collaborating with other orgs on key issues.
We Develop A Uniform Social Data Repository System For Ourselves
Storage is not the only reason we need to know about Our-Selves. We will be able to use this institutional knowledge infrastructure of raw information into a governed, accessible, secure system. Collectively, we will be able to analyze the knowledge into action with this intelligence for research, policy, and decision-making.
If you or your team/staff members are aware of a national data collection system for and by African Americans where uniform data is or can be stored? Uniform means that everyone from everywhere answers the same exact questions. The venue would have a role as a communication hub to clarify, synthesize, link people, provoke discussions, and facilitate participation on an intra- and inter-organizational basis from city to city, town to town.
Uniform social indicators are standard measurable variables (e.g., race, gender, age, location by zip code, etc.) Would be used to be gathered over time to compare, analyze, and evaluate social conditions across populations, institutions, geographic regions and time periods.
A multidisciplinary team of Solutions Specialists responsible for helping people to learn and change, would master problem-solving approaches as an accessible consultant organization sounding board with an objective of rapid cycle change. There may be strategies to enhance such a project, if it already exists. In the case that there is no social data repository, I submit that such a tactical training organization be formed on a foundation of participatory research for community well-being.
Folks, this is not the time for class differences or preferences based on where we were born and get over false impressions of superiority based on cultural, religious affiliations, or gender preferences, or immigrant status. We can not dwell on individual or group grievances. Our opponents will use these tactics to try to destroy our plans to Save-Our-Selves – “One-By-One and All-Together.”
This strategy requires cross-pollination and fertilization between those who have or used to have high income and those who are money challenged – At this time it might be all of us. No more individual or organization silos – people staying all to themselves! All Faith-Based - Religious Denominations are called to Action! Crime is down. It is safe to approach Men on the Corner, Guys in Barber Shops, Women in Hair / Nail Saloons – We can always Buddy-Up! Each of us can enter through any door. We are on a Mission. Let’s Do This!
Political ideologies take a back seat to this rapid cycle voter deployment. Our beliefs and strategies within our organizations whether integration, civil rights, Back to Africa, Separate Country, Repatriation, Statehood, Nationhood --- 45 Adult million of us can choose what works for each supported by their free-will. This may be determined according to their skill level within a certain industry. As we are beginning to realize already, there will be no food stamps, welfare, or health care We can develop skills in preparation for the future we seek for Our-Selves, our Children and Our Progeny.

Social Science In Motion – For Rapid Cycle Deployment
Introducing The Network Economy
“A Network Economy is an economic system in which value creation, exchange, productivity, and institutional power are increasingly driven by interconnected networks of people, organizations, technologies, platforms, information systems, and digital infrastructures, rather than by isolated industrial production alone...” The Network Effect is the value of participation which increases as the network expands and interactions intensify.
Economic activity would be organized through interconnected digital, social, institutional, informational, and transactional networks. Increasing returns occur as a result of the degree of connectivity, formal and informal (conversational) data exchange, and collaborative interaction.
So far, we have a loose collection of organizations focusing on a mutual goal to register and vote. We can develop a network economy from these affiliations . We can begin to adapt to the revised buying and selling market environments. We are realizing how complex organizations appear to be with members, rules and regulations, boards of directors, business, Deacons and Deaconesses, cultural, political, social, committees, etc. Many individual members may have joined two or more orgs or groups. Social networks interact with each other forming communities of interest with common ground. Seeing Our Selves even more deeply – family members join different groups and orgs thus, increasing personal networks.
When we see this visually in a diagram, consider each organization to be a circle with one or more links to other groups or orgs. As we build our complex data bases, we will get to know our similarities and differences – possibly adding to, creating, or joining other orgs. We may solve complex problems within various organization hubs (or connectors). Thus, through our meeting, talking, sharing, and working with one another we collectively, have formed an organized modular hub of complex networks.
The development of modular hubs takes us from a loose picture of orgs we know of here and there in our communities into an organized foundation for building large and small (hierarchies) and communities connected in real time.
At the first mode is the Social Data Repository which may potentially connect to new regional modes drawing data from various orgs as modules for top-down, bottom-up communication connecting with one another. Thus, we have an African American human resourced scale-free hierarchy focused on re-structuring our well-being in real time. Documentation of the clusters we form will determine the degree to which we are linked to one another.
The activities from Rapid Cycle Voter Deployment can serve as the baseline of this scale-free process as we document the speed through which we manifest the primary objective this year, 2026. Activating the National Convergence of Coalitions: Collaborating as One can begin today, via phone, virtual calls, face to face (F2F) sessions in living rooms, kitchens, or meeting rooms - immediately taking advantage of summer warm weather with most schools closed and young adults on vacation. In Solidarity we bring full attention to March Forward Shaping Our Destiny and NEVER GOING BACK!
Meanwhile, communication and technical engineers will be developing and implementing the strategies and structure of the Uniform Social Data Repository System strategy where consumers will accurately provide information confidentially and securely identified according to their zip codes. Engineers will work out the details of codes to support the full master plan for documenting, identifying, and implementing the crucial elements for community well-being maintained within a structured scale-free foundation.
Conclusion, Sources, Strategies
The objective for a Uniform Social Data Repository System emerged from Roland Martin’s announcement of a national organization coalition. It occurred to me that there were many other national orgs than the Big 5 or the D-9 Fraternities and Sororities. An AI search divided the list of orgs; by categories as national: black professional; civil rights; advocacy/policy; economic / business; contemporary movement; professional; in a “Convergence of Coalitions: Collaborating as ONE!” for voter turnout. Documenting the success of these objectives required the social documentation for us as the Uniform Data Repository System.
The strategic layout of these ideas are identified in Albert-Laszlo Barabasi (2002) Linked: How everything is connected to everything else and what it means for business, science, and everyday life. First Plume printing 2003. Very simplified in essence, Barabasi describes scale-free networks as the way in which HIV/AIDS spreads loosely from person-to-person in a fragmented reality. He presents so much more eye-opening information including the fact that “power laws we spotted on the Web
indicated, for the first time in precise mathematical terms, that real networks are far from random.” p. 72 Dr. Barabasi then leads the reader to his conclusion describing the Network Economy, mentioned above. AI provided the core definition a network economy and its components with multiple aspects of implementation in laying out the working components of a Network Economy. AI identified the multiple components for the development of a Uniform Data Repository System as well as organizations list for the “National Convergence of Coalitions: Collaborating as One!”
Finally, in his “Afterlink” Figure 16.1 p. 233, Generate a Hierarchical Network or Build a Modular Network from one to many, Dr. Barabasi visually describes the construction of organization modules linked to node connectors which link to one-another as a rising organized free network. This perfectly describes the Power Thrust for Rapid Cycle Voter Turnout...and Beyond --- manifesting our collective destiny for well-being, by constructing and solidifying our Network Economy for Generations to come.
