Fact: There are more than 21,261,000 – (21 million, 261 thousand) African/Kemetic Americans between the ages of 15 and 54 years living in the United States.  We all experience the same life challenges.  Families and neighbors do not have to suffer alone as if they were the only one/s going through these tremendous life challenges.

The American Declaration of Independence from England was signed in 1775, at the onset of the Revolutionary War.  There was a population of Free Africans already living in the 13 Colonies.  My very intriguing Forefather was a landowner called James H. Summers (1759-1825).  This is where my story begins…

Rapid Cycle Change happens relatively fast when individuals and members of groups and organizations develop and follow a plan of action.  They work the plan exactly as designed. They re-examine the plan when the activities are halfway complete to see whether its effective and, if so, the team continues the strategy.  They continue to re-examine how well they are doing – through completion.
